General Terms and Conditions

    1. Purview

    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our Online Shop.

    2. Trade partners and customer service

    The customer enters the sales agreement with Wetzel Technische Netze. Additional information can be found in our site notice (“Impressum”). Our customer service is available for questions, reclamations and complaints Monday-Friday 8 am to 6pm. Service Number: +49 33094-728588.

    3. Sales Agreement

    The placement of products in the Online-Shop is a binding offer for the sale of all listed articles. A sales partner (”customer”) validates the sales agreement by pressing the 'Order'-button to accept all products placed in the shopping cart at that time. Immediately after the placement of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

    The sales agreement is only valid if the order process is concluded by sending the order.


    4. Shipping

    Shipping costs are due in addition to the listed product prices. Detailed shipping information is listed with the sales offers. Merchandise is only available by shipping, personal collection of the goods is not possible.


    5. Payment

    Payment is settled either by prepayment, PayPal, invoice or immediate transfer (“Sofortüberweisung”)

  • Prepayment

    Customers receiver our bank details with the order confirmation and the merchandise is shipped after payment has been confirmed.

  • Paypal
    The customer pays the billing amount via PayPal. Customers using this feature must register with PayPal or hold a Paypal account to authorize their account information and confirm the money order for us. Exeptions may apply for guest accounts.

  • Sofortüberweisung
    We also offer immediate transfer (“sofortüberweisung“). We receive payment immediately after the order. This accelerates the order process considerably. You only need your account number, bank routing number, PIN and TAN. The secure and for the trader inaccessible online payment form provided by the Payment Network AG is used by sofortüberweisung.de to automatically authorize the money order from your online banking account in real time. The payment due for the purchase is transferred into the trader's account directly and immediately. Our service is free of charge for you, the only extra cost are the transfer fees of your house bank.

  • In case you choose “sofortüberweisung”, a pre-filled online form opens automatically at the end of the order process. This form already contains your account information, in addition to the due amount and the reference number. You have to select the country in which you hold an online banking account and enter the bank routing number. Then you enter your regular online banking information (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Your transaction will be officially confirmed immediately thereafter.

  • Basically every internet user can use “sofortüberweisung” as method of payment if they have an active online banking account applying the PIN/TAN procedure. Please beware that “sofortüberweisung” is not yet available for all banks. More information on the payment method and whether your own bank offers this service can be found here:

Cancellation rights

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days after the purchase in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) without giving any reasons or by returning it. This deadline starts with the receipt of this instruction in written form, but not before the order is delivered to the customer (in case of recurring deliveries of similar products not before the receipt of the first partial shipment) and not before we fulfill our information obligation according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 subparagraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g subparagraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Termination Agreements and Refunds Policy

In case of an official cancellation both sides are required to return any goods and payments received, including possible benefits (e.g. interest). If the customer is only able to return the product partially or in poorer condition then it was originally received, they have to compensate the difference in value. The customer is only liable for compensation if the poorer state of the product or the benefits are due to handling the product in a way that exceeds initial examination of the properties and functionality. ”Initial examination of the properties and functionality” means testing the product in a way that is commonly possible for example in a store. Mailable products are to be returned at our risk. The customer bears the cost of a regular return by mail if the delivered product matches the order and the price of the returned product does not exceed 40 Euro or if the customer has not yet paid in full or a contractually agreed installment for a higher priced product at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for the customer. Non-mailable products will be picked up. Refunds are due within 30 days. This period begins for the customer with the written cancellation or the return of the product, for us with the receipt of the returned goods.

We reserve the right to have the customer bear the costs of the return in case of an official cancellation according to the official cancellation rights explained above. The customer is responsible for the regular costs of the return if the delivered product matches the order and the price of the returned product does not exceed 40 Euro or if the customer had not yet paid in full or a contractually agreed installment for a higher priced product at the time of the cancellation.

    7. Storage of the contract text

    We save the contract text and send customers the order information and Terms & Conditions via email. The Terms & Conditions can be viewed downloaded from our website at any time. Customers are able to review previous orders by logging in to their customer accounts.

    The available contract languages are German and English.
